Counselling is a talking therapy that provides a regular space for you to talk about difficult feelings.
It can also you sort your needs and priorities, and help you to accept things that cannot be changed, enabling you to make decisions and find more effective ways of coping. Counselling can also help you to deal with and overcome issues that are causing emotional pain or making you feel uncomfortable or sad.
With help and support, these feelings and symptoms can be managed, guiding you to a successful recovery. Our counsellors won’t usually give advice, instead they will help you find your own insights into and understanding of your problems.
