In single session therapy, our counsellor’s works closely with your staff for one session, focussing clearly on one specific issue and identifying actions to take now as well as setting goals to address the issue on an ongoing basis.
Single session therapy is an effective service for those requiring immediate support with a current problem and it can also act as a stepping stone to further counselling or wellbeing work.
